Refund policy

Every Blak Maud order is carefully hand-packed by a small fulfillment team in New York and shipped within the United States. We aim to ensure every step of your journey with Blak Maud is a seamless, stress-free experience. If your question is not answered in the FAQs, please email info@blakmaud.com for help. 

 

RETURNS 

We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To process a return, email info@blakmaud.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will respond with authorization within 2 business days. We will not process a return without an RMA number. 

Once an RMA has been issued, pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them with a tracked service. We aren't responsible for returns lost in transit, so please keep your tracking number until your refund is issued.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We inspect returned items within 5 business days of receiving them and refund approved returns to your original payment method. We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time.


INCORRECT ORDERS 

If you receive an incorrect order or defective item, email info@blakmaud.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging. Once your submission is reviewed, we will send a replacement, including shipping, at no cost to you, and in most cases you will not need to return the damaged item. 

We can not replace stolen or lost orders at this time. 


FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following can't be returned or exchanged, except where they arrive damaged or defective (see above):

  • Candles that have been lit

  • Aromatic Wax Cremes or Pillow Mists once unsealed or cap has been opened

  • The Aura Wax Warmer once used

  • Items purchased on sale or marked final sale

  • Bespoke and custom fragrance orders


EVENT PURCHASES & GIFTS 

Purchases made in person at markets, pop-ups and events are final sale. Gifts, whether personal gifts or through our corporate gifting program, are ineligible for return.
