Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders of in-stock typically ship within 3-5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. During launches and the holiday season, from mid-November through December, please allow up to 5–7 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm ET begin processing the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to AK or HI at this time.  Once a package leaves our studio, handling rests with the carrier.  We can not replace stolen or lost orders at this time.

Once tracking shows a package as delivered, we can't be responsible for heat or cold damage caused by it being left outside.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship within the United States, excluding HI and AK. Delivery estimates begin once your order leaves our studio.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to bring our rituals further afield soon; join our list at blakmaud.com to hear when international shipping opens.
